DMS Group (DMS Imaging, DMS Wellness, DMS Biotech), recently launched the construction of its new factory in Gallargues (30).
Built on a land with a total surface area of 16,800 m², this future production unit will have a floor area of 5,500 m² (2,600 m² of offices, 1,400 m² of production and 1,500 m² dedicated to storage and shipping). The site will have 115 parking spaces, will welcome around 150 employees and should be finished in 2020.
This new factory will meet market needs and significantly increase production capacity.

Installation of the living base and stripping of the land
Start of excavation (disbursement for foundations)

The site is progressing as planned, with the installation of the entire slab surface and the presence of a crusher to prepare the entire slab. This operation will be completed by 15 May.
The second part of May will be devoted to the casting of the slabs.

Beginning of the assembly of the frame.

The structure of the new factory is beginning to take shape with the framework that is still being assembled. After a few weeks of leave for the fitters, the end of this phase is scheduled for September, 20th.

The building structure is now complete. The materials for the roofing of the building arrive on site.
The next steps consist in preparing the trenches prior to the screed with, in parallel, the covering of the building roof and facade.

The steel structure is completed and the roof of the building is finalized. The external joineries will be installed soon.
- November 05th, 2019
Despite the bad weather, the construction site is progressing. One of the two slabs will be installed this month.
- November 28th, 2019
The slabs are being cast and the external joineries are in progress. In January, the work on the green spaces will begin.
- December 25th, 2019

The work is proceeding as planned in the initial schedule. The internal spaces are gradually starting to appear.
At the moment the walls are being erected as well as the internal cladding of the external walls.
During February it is planned to lay the soft floors, the lift and some partitions.
During March, the work will continue with the beginning of the external road works.
