Definitions of the terms
Client: any professional or natural person capable within the meaning of articles 1123 et seq. of the Civil Code, or legal person, who visits the Website that is the subject of these general conditions.

2. General conditions of use of the website and the services offered.

7.2 Purpose of the data collected

However, if an incident affecting the integrity or confidentiality of Customer Information is brought to the attention of dms.com, dms.com must inform the Customer as soon as possible and inform him of the corrective measures taken.
