DIAGNOSTIC MEDICAL SYSTEMS and its wholly- and majority-owned entities (collectively referred to as the “DMS Group”) respect your privacy concerns. In this Privacy Policy, references to “DMS”, “we”, “us”, “our” and “our” are references to the entity responsible for processing your personal information, which is the entity that generally obtains your personal information.
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that we obtain through the properties of the DMS Group, such as websites and social networking sites that refer to this Privacy Policy (“Online Channels”); offline collection in connection with sales, marketing, and partner and supplier engagement (“Offline Channels”); and third-party sources, such as advertising networks and brokers (collectively the “Channels”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to products and services that are governed by separate privacy policies.
This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information we obtain through the Channels, how we may use that personal information, with whom we may share it, and how you may exercise your rights related to the processing of that information by us. The Privacy Policy also describes the measures we take to protect the personal information we obtain, and how you can contact us regarding our privacy practices.
Online Channels may provide links to other third-party websites and functions, or contain third party cookies, which are not owned or controlled by the DMS Group. Personal Information We Obtain
We may obtain personal information through the Channels. The types of personal information we may obtain are as follows:
your contact information (such as name, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail and postal address) or that of other persons (executives of your company);
the information used to create your online account (username, password, security question and answer);
biographical and demographic information (date of birth, gender, function);
purchasing and customer service history;
financial information (payment information, such as name, billing address and payment card details (card number, expiry date and security code); banking information; financial position; income; and credit rating);
Geographic location data (data from your IP address, country and postal code) and the precise geolocation of your mobile device, where we have provided for notification and selection principles, if applicable;
the contact information you provide about your friends or others you would like us to contact;
navigation data and other information about your online activities (information about your devices, browsing actions and usage patterns), including Online Channels and third-party websites, that we obtain through cookies, web beacons and similar technologies; and
other personal information contained in the content you submit to us (through our contact form).
We use a third-party web analytics service in connection with Online Channels: Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies to collect data (such as IP addresses) to evaluate the use and interaction with Online Channels. How do we use your personal information?

We may combine the personal information we obtain through the Online Channels with the information we obtain through the Offline Channels, and other information, for the purposes described above. We may anonymize or aggregate personal information and use it for the purposes described above and for other purposes, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We may also use personal information for additional purposes, which we will identify at the time of collection. We will ask you for your permission for these additional uses, to the extent required by applicable law.
If necessary, we will ask you for your permission to process your personal information for direct marketing purposes.
DMS will generally process your personal information as described above on one of the following legal bases:
Your authorization;
The conclusion of a contract with you or a concerned party;
Our legitimate business interests; or
Compliance with our legal obligations.
Sharing of personal information
We do not sell or disclose your personal information except as described here or at the time of collection.
We may share personal information within the DMS Group for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
We may share personal information with service providers that we have selected to provide services on our behalf (payment processing, order fulfillment, customer support and data analysis). These service providers are contractually bound to protect the information provided to them, and shall under no circumstances use or disclose such information, except to the extent necessary to perform the services on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements.
We may share personal information with our marketing and other business partners for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
We may disclose personal information about you (1) if we are required or authorized to do so by applicable law or legal process (court order or subpoena), (2) to legal authorities or other government officials in order to comply with a legitimate legal request, (3) where we believe that such disclosure is necessary to prevent physical damage or financial loss, (4) to establish, exercise or defend our rights, (5) in the context of an investigation in the event of suspected fraud or illegal activity, or (6) in all other cases, with your authorization.
We reserve the right to transfer to relevant third parties any information we have about you in the event of a potential or actual sale or transfer of all or part of our business or assets (including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganizations, disposals, winding-up or liquidation) or any other combination of businesses. In this case, we will require that the third parties concerned guarantee levels of protection comparable to those of the DMS Group with respect to the information we share.

To the extent permitted by the law in force in your country, you may:
access certain personal information we keep about you;

DMS strives to respond to complaints within thirty days of their issuance.
How do we protect the transmission of personal information?
We provide administrative, technical and physical safeguards, in accordance with legal requirements, whenever we collect personal information, designed to protect against the unlawful destruction, loss, modification, use or disclosure of the personal information you provide to us through the Channels, or against unauthorized access to them.
Retention of personal information
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we retain the personal information we obtain about you as long as:
it is necessary for the purposes for which we obtained it, in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy,
we have another legal basis, set out in this Privacy Policy or at the point of collection, to retain such information beyond the period of time it is necessary to achieve the original purpose of obtaining the personal information.

Personal information about children
Online Channels are designed for the general public and are not intended for children under 13 years of age. Under no circumstances do we knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 through the Online Channels. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 years of age, we will promptly delete that information from our records. If you believe that a child under 13 may have provided us with personal information, contact us as described in the Contact Us section of this Privacy Policy.
Changes to our Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated regularly and without prior notice to reflect changes in our information practices. We will indicate at the top of this Privacy Policy the date it was last updated.
