DMS IMAGING PUBLISHES ITS GENDER EQUALITY INDEX (EGAPRO) : 93/100

Despite an increasingly robust regulatory framework in recent years, professional inequalities between women and men remain a reality across many sectors of activity.

In France, pay gaps still persist for equivalent positions and skill levels, highlighting the need for continued vigilance and concrete action.

While salary disparities remain significant in certain industries, the issue is even more pronounced in sectors more recently entered by women, such as industry and metallurgy.

Against this backdrop, DMS Imaging has calculated its Gender Equality Index (EgaPro) for the year 2026 (based on 2025 data) and achieves an overall score of 93 out of 100, reflecting a tangible and lasting commitment to professional equality.

Breakdown of the Calculated Indicators:

Gender Pay Gap Indicator: The gender pay gap stands at 6.8%, resulting in 33 out of 40 points. This score reflects a controlled situation while confirming the importance of continuing efforts to further reduce residual gaps.

Individual Salary Increase Gap Indicator: The gap in individual salary increases amounts to 3.9 percentage points, allowing the company to obtain the maximum 35 out of 35 points. This result demonstrates a compensation policy attentive to balance, fairness and equal career progression.

Maternity Leave Return Indicator:The percentage of female employees receiving a salary increase following maternity leave reaches 100%, earning 15 out of 15 points. This maximum score confirms the Group’s commitment to ensuring career continuity and preventing any disadvantage linked to maternity leave.

Representation of the Underrepresented Gender Among the Top 10 Earners:With 4 employees of the underrepresented gender among the 10 highest-paid positions, DMS Imaging obtains 10 out of 10 points. This result highlights positive momentum in access to senior leadership roles and recognition of talent.

In an industrial sector historically marked by gender imbalance, DMS Imaging demonstrates through these results that economic performance and social responsibility go hand in hand.

True to its values, the Group continues to advance its actions in favor of professional equality, convinced that diversity and fairness are essential drivers of performance, innovation and attractiveness.
